Our company strictly follows Human resource policies for codified decisions, established by an organization, to support administrative personnel functions, performance management, employee relations and resource planning.

Fire Safety :

Factory have clearly marked exits, and preferably emergency exits on all floors. All exit doors are always open outwards. Exits are not be blocked by cartons, fabric rolls or debris, and well lit. If emergency exits are locked, the keys have to be placed behind breakable glass next to the doors, and thus be available to all staff at all times. Compliance with International Standards.

All workers are aware of the safety arrangements in the factory, such as emergency exits, fire extinguishers, first aid equipment, etc. An evacuation plan is displayed in the factory, the fire alarms are to be tested regularly and regular evacuation drills are desirable.

First Aid Team:

First aid equipment are also available in each department , and at least one person in each Department is trained in basic first aid.

A doctor or nurse is also be available at short notice, in case of an accident in the factory. The employer should pay any costs (not covered by the social security) which a worker may incur for medical care, following an injury during work in the factory.
